Crappy week.... SUCK IT!!!

     Sorry about the oh so forward title, but that's 100% how I feel! I've had the crappiest week & I just had the BEST run! I only ran like 3.3 miles but I averaged a 9:50 mile. I haven't run one other time this week. Week 3 of training was almost a complete bust, but today... I snatched it right back!! It felt so fantastic after the totally crappy week I've had. I've found a few inspirational running blogs from other Moms in the past couple of days and they've really motivated me. Everyone starts somewhere, everyone has trouble with finding an eating routine with a new baby in the house (not to mention going back to school & dealing with a hyperactive 6 yr old) and everyone has the ability to totally rock their life and reach all their goals! So now I've got a mini goal; I've found a couple of 8k and 5k races in January and February and I want to run them for time. I've always just kind of ran to run, I think it's time to kick it up a bit on my short races. Stay tuned to see which ones...
